I was searching the Web for a Briggs carb adapter so I could finish a project, and found that Kart Parts Depot had what I needed. I had been building this Minibike all winter and was super anxious to try it out, so I paid the big bucks for overnight priority shipping. I got my part a day late and checking it out it had been sent the cheaper 2 day method. I emailed customer service requesting a refund. Within an hour I got a reply with an apology and notification that a refund had been issued. Checking my credit card account online I verified that I had indeed gotten the refund. Mistakes happen and that's not a problem with me, but when a company is that quick to own up to their mistake and make it right, they're good people in my book and I will for sure do business with them again.
