How do I return an item?

Exchange Policy:

Kart Parts Depot.com will be happy to Exchange your item if you are not satisfied with it or you need a different size. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new/unused condition. We cannot refund any shipping charges. We will gladly ship your new-exchanged item to you at the regular shipping cost. All items must be exchanged within 15 days of the original ship date. Items that are retuned after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Items Excluded from Returns Include:

Electrical parts, video tapes and books. Special order or close out parts. 

Helmet Returns:

Please contact us for return authorization. Helmet returns need to have a Zamp RA# on outside of box. They need to be returned in the same condition and same boxes as sent.  If there is damage to product or packaging, we cannot restock it and cannot provide a refund. 


Refunds:

For refunds on items with no exchange please contact our sales manager at via email at sales@kartpartsdepot@com. In most cases we will accept returns for 15 days after the date the items were shipped to the buyer. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new, unused condition. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of the exchange or refund. 


All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip which came with your order. You can get another copy by logging into your online account. 


Out of Stock / Back Orders

On occasion we may be out of stock or back ordered on a product, if this should occur we will contact you with your options. You may choose to ship the remaining items which are ready to ship and wait for the out of stock or back ordered item to ship. PLEASE NOTE: You may incur additional shipping costs if you choose NOT to wait for the full order to ship. 


Return Shipping Address:
PLEASE NOTE: We have more than one location in N. America from where parts and gear are distributed. Please contact us prior to returning your item so we can provide the return shipping address.  Please insure the part for its full value to protect yourself from loss or damage in transit.
