How do I return an item?
FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES YOU MUST CONTACT email@example.com WITHIN 7 DAYS TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION PACKING SLIP.
Kart Parts Depot.com will be happy to Exchange your item if you are not satisfied with it or you need a different size. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new/unused condition. We cannot refund any shipping charges. We will gladly ship your new-exchanged item to you at the regular shipping cost. You must contact us within 7 days for an exchange authorization number. Excludes any items excluded below or that state they cannot be returned or exchanged in the item description or on the order.
Items Excluded from Exchanges and Returns Include:
All special orders, close out parts, any items that state they cannot be returned in the description, any item that has been used, and all items shipped to international or freight forwarding addresses.
Please contact us for return authorization. Zamp helmet returns need to have a Zamp RA# on outside of box. They need to be returned in the same condition and same boxes as sent. If there is damage to product or packaging, we cannot restock it and cannot provide a refund.
For refunds on items with no exchange you must contact us within 7 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. We cannot process any returns without an authorization number. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new, unused condition. Sorry, shipping charges and minimum order fees are non-refundable.In most cases we will accept returns if the request for a return authorization is received within 7 days and the item is received at the warehouse within 10 days of the return authorization.
Items that are returned to the warehouse more than 10 days after the return authorization is issued will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Out of Stock / Back Orders
On occasion we may be out of stock or back ordered on a product, if this should occur we will cancel the item from your order and refund the cost of that item.Return Shipping Address:
PLEASE NOTE: We have more than one location in N. America from where parts and gear are distributed. To request a return or exchange send an email to email@example.com with your order number, what you are returning and why. You will receive a return authorization number, a return authorization packing slip and instructions for shipping. Any item shipped to an incorrect location will have the refund amount reduced by the additional shipping and handling required and a 15% restocking fee.
